ABOUT RECIVELLE

About Recivelle

Recivelle is a home-cooking publication built around clear, approachable recipes. We put essential ingredients and steps first, explain what matters in the method, and distinguish supported guidance from details that have not been verified.

Home cooking, without unnecessary extras

Here you will find familiar dishes and practical cooking methods explained without unnecessary detours. Each recipe starts with the ingredients and steps needed for the intended dish. Optional flavours, toppings and variations are kept separate, so you can tell what is essential and what you can adjust. Our aim is to make the cooking easier to understand, not the instructions longer for their own sake.

How we review recipes

We check whether ingredient quantities match the method, whether the steps follow a useful order, and whether the stated times and temperatures are consistent. Where a technique needs clarification, we aim to describe signs you can recognise while cooking. Important technical or food-safety claims require appropriate support. If a detail cannot be verified, we do not present it as certain.

What kitchen-tested really means

Reading and reviewing a recipe is not the same as cooking it. We describe a recipe as kitchen-tested only when a real, attributable record exists for that exact recipe. Otherwise, our review is based on the supplied formula, consistency checks and relevant sources. We do not invent test results, first-hand experience or professional qualifications to make a recipe appear more authoritative.

Clear guidance in every language

Structured ingredients and ordered steps are the reference for the published page and its Recipe data. Language versions should sound natural to local home cooks while preserving quantities, method and food-safety information. We also aim to link to related content only when it offers a genuinely useful next step, such as another dish or a relevant technique.
